ISAGER WOOL 1 (Spinni)

is a single-ply wool yarn suitable for both knitting and weaving. Knitting with 2 strands produces about the same tension as the three-ply ÅLJ yarn. You can make many beautiful color combinations by knitting with several different-colored strands.

Yardage: 667 yds/ 610 m of 100 g

ISAGER WOOL 2 (TVINNI)

is a two-ply wool yarn. The yarn is made from premium merino lamb’s wool, so soft and fine that most people can wear it right next to their skin, even if normally unable to wear wool products. Tvinni is very well suited for both hand and machine knitting, and also comes in blends with lama wool (alpaca), silk (tussah) and goat’s wool (mohair).

Yardage: 558 yds / 510 m of 100 g

HOEJLANDSGARN (HIGHLAND YARN)

is a 100% lamb’s wool yarn from Scotland.

Yardage: 547 yds / 500 m of 100 g

ISAGER - ALPACA 1

is a thin 100% alpaca yarn from Peru. The yarn is wonderful for light shawls, but we use it as an accent yarn coupled with ISAGER WOOL 1 and 2. A strand of Isager Alpaca 1, and a strand of Isager Wool 1 result in a tension equivalent to a Isager Alpaca 2

Yardage: 875 yds / 800 m of 100 g

ISAGER - ALPACA 2

consists of 50% alpaca and 50% merino lamb’s wool. The yarn is specially produced for us in Peru. It comes in 21 colors, all of which are dyed using a mixed natural color (2s). This yarn can replace Isager Wool 2 (Tvinni)

Yardage: 558 yds / 510 m of 100 g

BOMULD (COTTON)

is a two-ply mercerized Egyptian cotton yarn that can be used instead of Isager Wool 2

Yardage: 459 yds / 420 m of 100 g

HOERE (LINEN)

consists of 100% linen. This quality of yarn can frequently replace the two-ply mercerized cotton. It will, however, seem a bit stiffer.

Yardage: 350 yds / 320 m of 100 g

VISCOLIN

is an Italian yarn consisting of 50% linen and 50% viscose (rayon) Both are natural products of the highest quality. Viscolin is as soft as cotton and can often replace the thin mercerized cotton yarn quality.

Yardage: 405 yds / 370 m of 100 g

BOMULIN

is an Italian yarn consisting of 75% cotton and 25% linen. The cotton strand and the linen strand are twisted together, and as the two qualities take the dye differently, the yarn seems a bit mixed. Bomulin is thinner than the two-ply mercerized cotton and cannot directly replace this quality, but if you are knitting cotton and linen together, Bomulin can occasionally replace one of the yarns and thus produce a slightly thinner and lighter sweater.

Yardage: 459 yds / 420 m of 100 g
